Srcum Master

Job Description – Scrum Master:


  • Work with Product Owner to understand the product vision, release roadmap and milestones

  • Ensure / Help PO maintain the product backlo

  • Facilitating Scrum events (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, refinements and other meetings)

  • Ensure timely resolution of impediments, dependencies and help team meet sprint goals

  • Coach the Scrum team on agile principles and agile engineering practices

  • Track and publish agile metrics with aim to improve product quality and TTM on continuous basi

Preferred Qualifications:


  • Minimum of 5 years Scrum Master experience. Preferably in Product Development

  • Has delivered product / project releases successfully, has experience in coaching and improving agile maturity

  • Effective Collaborator and able to handle clear communication with the team and the stakeholders Nice to have: CSM / PSM certified
